After a good breakfast at Lawrence Park Dinor in Erie – an old fashioned diner owned by Becky with quote plaques all around, I headed out on the bike trail from the campground to Route 5 Alternate which met up with Route 5 in Erie. Then Route 5 all the way! Good shoulder, rolling hills, some pretty views of Lake Erie; ride cut short by thunderstorms.
Drove about 8 miles to Fredonia NY to park overnite in Walmart parking lot.
